Low quality and inaccurate sizes. My partner ordered a couple of shorts size M and a trainer TRACKYDAK of the same size. Shorts are Ok but the trainers were much smaller and on top of that they are totally rigid, you can't even sit properly let alone exercise. When we approached Aussiebum they said they offered exchange free of charge but any returns at our expenses. This would be Ok if the trainers had been anywhere close to size M and Ok for intended use but they are total rubbish and the size is not M. Would never buy any trainers or sport wear from them.

Normally would get a five but not sure if the hole in the new blue track pants pocket is a feature or not? Also for some reason the shipping was all over the place. Not sure if you have changed the courier but my updates ranged from been returned to sender all the way through to cannot be delivered. Only to find it waiting on my doorstep. Somethings changed at aussiebum. And not for the better.

I placed an order and received a "payment approved" message by my bank. Nonetheless following my payment confirmation the order web page refreshes to the last status, no purchase order detail shows up nor does any message notifying problems.
I tried to repeat the "confirm order" procedure with the same outcome. It seems my payment went through correctly but I do not know if the order is being processed.
I sent an email where I am invited to contact customer assistance by phone (but it is Sunday) or to join a live chat which I cannot find anywhere (neither on the website nor in the reply message) any link to activate...

Can't fault the crew at aussiebum. And they are some of the most comfortable items I've ever worn.

Speedy delivery. The quality is always the best. Never wear any other products.
